CEO

Kellie plays a key leadership role in setting the organization's strategic direction, working closely with the leadership team to ensure sound financial oversight. She is also actively engaged with volunteers, donors, and members of the community to strengthen relationships and support Community LINC's mission.

Jimmarie Smiley

Director of Clinical Services and Programming

Jimmarie manages our clinical and mental wellness staff. She is responsible for assessing and addressing the mental health needs of our families on and off our campus.

Clay Morgan

Assistant Director of Development

Clay leads Community LINC’s fundraising and development efforts by cultivating donor and corporate relationships, securing sponsorships, managing special events, and creating opportunities that grow community engagement and financial support.

Senior Accountant

Andrew (Drew) manages accounting processes, maintains accurate financial records, supports budgeting and reporting, and helps ensure the organization’s financial resources are responsibly managed.
