Assistant Director of Children’s Services

The Assistant Director of Children’s Services provides leadership and oversight for all children’s programming, including the Community Kids Early Learning and Wellness Center. This role supports high-quality early childhood education and youth development services while ensuring a safe, nurturing, and trauma-informed environment.

The Assistant Director is responsible for program implementation, daily operations, staff supervision, and cross-functional collaboration to support children’s academic, social, and emotional development while strengthening family stability.

Outreach Navigator

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, results-oriented individual to serve as a primary point of contact for persons experiencing homelessness seeking services through the Coordinated Entry System (CES) which provides a streamlined ease-of-access to homeless services. This person will have the sole responsibility of providing day-to-day support to persons on the By-Name Registry List (BNL) which serves as a waiting list for those seeking permanent housing.

This part-time role focuses on providing structured support and guidance for children experiencing homelessness and trauma, with an emphasis on promoting positive behavioral and emotional development. The Lead Teacher will work collaboratively with the Children’s Program team to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment that encourages growth, learning, and resilience in our young participants.
